I know a lot of you wants to know where I got when I fancy some vintage and second hand clothes, jewellery or accessories. I find that all these stores offer a great price on the items they stock and at the same time they are all of good quality and up to date designs. So these are no stores for 50’s dresses. More like last seasons finds. So thought I might share my secrets with you.

My first choice all times is Retro Woman by Notting Hill gate. The top floor got amazing stuff, but it is the basement I head to, the Bargain Basement. Where you can find really nice things for almost nothing at all. They are open late, to 8pm every day. So go a weekday after work when there are not as many people as in the weekends.

My second choice is the other Retro vintage shop two doors from Retro Woman just next to the Retro man store. This store stock a bit less pricey items. But you can still find brands such as Ralph Lauren, 7 jeans and Paul Smith shoes.

My Third choice is… the Retro man shop. Is it not convenient that all my three favourites are within 2 meters of each other? I go here to find great men’s jackets and coats. Always find somehting. I am a bit of a tomboy when It comes to clothes. 50% of my wardrobe is menswear. And for you men reading my blog. You can really find some amazing stuff in here! Go and check it out before I grab all the nice pieces..

Fourth. Portobello Road market. The one at the end. Got great stuff if you look closely. This is where I go to find small unique jewellery and leather biker jackets.

Five. There is a cancer research charity shop on Marylebone high street where I go on lunches to look for bargains. I usually find nothing. But sometimes I find gold pieces such a my silk James Perse dress for £15 brand new that retails for closer to £200.
